Laurent, Jean-Luc, Joël and Yannick, in their respective regions of France’s great South-West, show us their passion for hunting and their recipes that accommodate their harvest. From the Eastern Pyrenees, to Lot-et-Garonne, from the Gironde to the Landes, they will hunt chamois, wood pigeons, woodcock or even thrush.

From their different generations, these epicureans will gather around a table to taste each other's hunt recipes. They never met before and now they will gather to cook and share a moment of conviviality, while talking about hunting anecdotes and cuisine, of course, while delighting in carpaccio of isard, pigeon terrine à la royale, thrush casserole and roasted woodcock.
