Paul-Henri Antonmattéi is a lawyer specializing in labor law, and he is passionate about hunting. A great mountain lover, he loves spot-and-stalk hunting, but more than anything he loves sharing hunting moments with his friends or his son.
We will follow him during an entire hunting season, into the valleys of the Gers and up the Massif du Caroux, searching for Pyrenean chamois, mouflons, red deer, and roe deer.
