Whether they have been waving at passing boats for the last 50 years, restoring lighthouses, organizing spectacular dives in the Saguenay fjord or photographing the wide open spaces of Anticosti island, not one of these fans can live without the permanent spectacle offered by the St Lawrence. And even if its rages are sometimes on the scale of this gigantic estuary, nothing in the world would drag these people away from the banks of this stream of life.
