Four characters in their respective countries make us discover through their passion for fishing and in particular tuna fishing, their region, their technique and the recipes which result from it. Residents of the Basque Country, Charente Maritime, Gironde or Herault, Cédric, Yannick, Jérémy and Nicolas take us on board with them to fish for bluefin tuna and albacore tuna. In a moment of sharing and conviviality, they will meet around a table to taste their respective recipes and to speak about fishing, as an evidence.
