The north of Brittany, and especially the department of Côtes d´Armor, is historically a fly-fishing region.
Fishing for salmonids in rivers has been practiced here for more than a century, but more recently the tracking of pike in ponds or lakes has extended the playground of Breton fly-fishers.
Given the proximity of the fishing spots, Eric HAMON, a fishing guide and a small group of Breton sport fishermen have invented a new fishing challenge: the Breton grand slam.
